I only had one complaint since getting my Tiguan - there was a gap in the A pillar on the passenger side where it met the roof lining. They acknowledged the problem - diagnosed it as a broken clip which warranted replacement of the whole cover. They didn't have parts in store and ordered one from Sydney. Made an appointment 2 weeks later to get it replaced.
