I mentioned your case to a dealer friend this afternoon. He said that the only way you would ever sell the car was by private sale. Dealers will not trade repairable write-offs because the wholesalers will not touch them also.
He felt it would be the same with most second hand car dealers and even majority of private buyers would shy away as REVS check would identify the car as a repaired wrote off
And definitely no warranty on a repairable write off. So I doubt if you would be getting value for money at the asking price if you take those factors into account
Does of course depend on your budget but high risk factors involved
