The only $70k GOlf Rs I have seen are fully decked out ones with Sat Nav, Recaros, RVC etc.

This only has roof and 19s in black and the red isn't even a metallic colour. So I think there is a $5,000-$6,000 'thin air' profit in there (meaning that the moment you drive it out the door, you get SFA for it when it is back for sale at any time).
