Right, stupid OEM bracket removed (Luckily not any scuffing on paint) and front Lakin bracket now on perfectly thanks to Corey and Rob_R. That will do for tonight! One more question. On the front Euro Slimline plate Kingpin cover you need to insert two small rubber grommets from the outside to cover the oval hole. Does the hole for the screw go at the top or at the bottom? I am assuming bottom as that is the flat part of the plate?

Thanks again, looking fwd to showing the results...

I have them to the top, but your logic may be sound... just put the grommets in and the plate into position without the screws in place and make sure that there really wont be any issues...

Well done Rob_R. Really like your color coded scrivet solution. It reduces the visual bulk nicely. Mine will be united grey so color coded scrivets should blend in well, so I think I'll try this before buying the Lakin bracket. Did you use a spray can of touch up paint? Did you paint them before or after fitting them?

Thanks ScottR. My solution isn't to everyone's liking but short of having bumper filled and resprayed it does nicely. I've yet to have anyone make comment about it if they don't know I've done it. I had an auto paint shop make me up a can of RB paint and I also bought a can of clear coat. I prepainted and clear coated them before fitting. I highly reccomend the Lakin setup. I've yet to see a better system.

Thanks Rob, yes mate, terribly sorry about the delay in posting pics there, y'see the wife went and got herself pregnant and I was unable to find time to polish the car due to hospital trips

I did say to her 'But love. I need to polish the car for Rob_R' but she mentioned something about 'Needing a tin of Gherkins' and legged it without so much as a 'by your leave.
