This is my understanding as i was at the dealership today. I'm getting a wagon in a week.
He said wagons come from the factory with the black box on he front; and looking at the 2016 hatches parked in the lot today, they don't.
Don't know why the difference between the wagons and hatches.

Also, the only thing the dealers install is the number plate, he said they wouldn't put any screws in mine and call me when it shows up for me to tell them where i would like it screwed, and which holes on the number plate to use.

The Kingpin covers are the best ive ever used. Much nicer than the Altrex ones most shops sell.
