LOL that might be asking for trouble. I'll have to order some and get them to the dealer before delivery.

Spoke to Philip from Lakin who was quite helpful also. I'll grab the vic euro holders. get the dealer to fit them and attach the standard slimlines to the lakin brackets with double sided tape for now.

Only thing left to do is choose what euro plate combo I want and order it.... just can't think of anything other than my initials lol.

Hey Guys. I've taken photos of the Lakin Plates Kit and got them all ready to post. Since I've included the documents that are part of the packaging I just wanted to check with Philip that he's cool with me uploading them. I'll post them as soon as I've got the OK. There's 16 in total.

I dont know Corey, but she insists that they can loose their license if they release a car without the number plates properly fixed and that vicroads sets the law not barloworld?

I was trying to avoid that for some reason, I've never been much into personalised plates. But the car looks silly without euro's.

Nice. I did a few emails with Philip today, super helpful. He strongly advised against having the dealer do anything involving screws and drilling holes hehe. After looking at a photo from the dealer of the front, it looks like they ran screws through the factory holder and probably into the front bar fitting the plates.

That's exactly right. Vicroads sets the law, not your dealership. So look it up at vicroads, don't take your dealer's word for it.
