Excuse me for saying how it is, too many people have unrealistic expectations and expect everything for nothing. Look at all the complaints in this forum about the most ridiculous things, how everyone expects the dealers to bend over backwards as if they're the only customer they have, how they expect the dealer service staff to fix a problem when the customer can't even take the time to demonstrate or clearly explain it or how they expect a $25K car to be 100% noise free or worse expect their $50K car (which is the $25K car with sports suspension and 18" wheels) to make no noises or rattles when driving above third world country roads.

Dealers shouldn't have to fix these problems ,they need to be fix on the production line .I can't find where I ticked the option for the loose untightened heater box .Which is still vibrating and I didn't asked for the dealer to damage the cast alloy vent ,which they didn't tell me about when I picked the car up ,what they didn't think I would notice how they removed it with a flat blade screw driver .What they couldn't see one side of the vent sitting flush with the dash and the other side bowed out .
No doudt they will fix the problems when it goes back , I'm glad I optioned the active damper control so I can atleast adjust the rattle noise levels .
Some else I know hows the same rattles in the same place's .
Just incase you bring up Lexus again ,my 6 year old Maxima 177K on the clock doesn't have rattles .
