hi guys,
forgive me if it's been said as I couldn't find a search that answered specifically what i needed.
i have 2012 gtd and when I turn the car on weather it's a hot day or not, the aircon takes a while to get cool and it doesn't get as cold as I would have expected.
Now I used to own the 2007 Golf sport diesel the model before the gtd, and when it's a hot day and I turn the aircon on the radiator fans revs up full speed for a couple mins to help cool the aircon quicker.
on my current golf regardless of the outside temp the fans only stay at low speed although when it was doing a regen I herd the fans runnin faster. so I know they run at high speed.
so I'm wondering if the inside temp sensor is functioning correctly. It dose change the cabin air temp from cool to warn given the temp changes outside
i wondering if anyone would be able to check for fault code for me in the holroyd area "Merrylands" I would really appreciate the help especially when the kids are in the car. Mutual favor in return or case of beer if your interested
thanks guys
David
I tested my wife's golf, and her aircon seemed better.
Is anyone willing to have a look at my car on vcds?
