Love the wheels.
The colour coded sports kit looks the goods too.
Well worth the upgrade imho.
The full Oettinger Body Kit for the MKV (full replacement front bumper/grill/foglight mounts, carbon fibre front lip, plus more substantial side skirts and a replacement rear valance) cost $4k. It had to come from Germany (via HP in QLD and European Autotech at Mona Vale).
Painting and fitting cost around $800 (same as VW, except there is a lot less painting and fitting work to be done!).
So the VW kit is cheaper, but then it's just 'tack ons' rather than complete replacement parts, so it's a lot less substantial. I'd rather pay the $4.8k than the $3.5k
Though they haven't got one for the MK6 yet...

Got my car today!!!!!!!!!!! Got in reflex with the full votex kit, sunroof and fog lights. Looks SWEEEEET! Now just need to put my rims on in the next few weeks.
It looks like the rims are 18" Vision, they're on Page 8 of the Mk6 GTI brochure and are around $600 each. I'm thinking about putting them on my GTI when I get it next year except they will be 17" and $539 each.
Would look a lot nicer with the wheels and a slight suspension drop, but no kit. I don't like it at all, spoils the clean lines of the car. The side skirts are reasonable but the other parts seem.. hmm. Tacky?
what silver is the car reflex or leaf?
Hi guys, I have just recently purchased a vw golf tsi in a light sky blue colour. If anyone can help me on what kind of rims/colour etc would suite the car best & what modifications I can do. I want the car to look a little more sporty !! I owned a Volkswagen gti before this but unfortunately i was hit from the back and my car was gone. I can't afford buying another one atm so I'd like to modify the one I have now. if anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to make it look a little more sporty please let me know !!
