Watercooled sticker

Just having a bit of trouble navigating around this website to find out about watercooled stickers.
Who and how to contact someone about it.
Ordered my sticker/s about 3-4 weeks ago and havent received it yet.
Is this sort of delay normal or?

That's not normal at all, I've sent all stickers except those ordered in the last 48 hours. Shoot me an email to the address below with some details and I'll look into it.

came in the mail today lol.
ordered on the 28th feb and came just today.

i would also like a sticker, feel left out seeing everyone else have them.
