Yeah are a little bigger but as you mentioned there's no way you can fit 7" screen into factory sizes headrests...... main thing is kids are happy, mumand dad are happy the car is quieter now.

well done.
Looks good.
Beware of driving in Victoria after November - under the new rules, a driver in the next lane can be distracted by pictures on these units, and you can get pinged if one of our revenue enforcers sees them in operation. 3 points and $260 odd .....
Your next move should probably be to get a darkest legal tint which may overcome this issue.

Now you just need a fancy head unit and 4 subwoofers then you can enter auto salon :O
but the install looks very clean, im guessing from the picture its for the kids?
Scotty, yes the screens are for the kids...... been considering a new 3 way split speaker system for the drivers doors too!! possibly a nice tidy install of an amp and two discrete subs in the parcel tray!! want to try leaving the factory head unit to keep it all appearing standard......will keep you posted.

no he's not joking....
here is an extract of it....
"A driver must not drive a vehicle that has a television receiver or a visual display unit operating if any part of the screen is visible to the driver or is likely to distract another driver.
A driver can use a driver’s aid such as a navigation device but it must be an integrated part of the vehicle design, or secured in a commercially designed holder, which is fixed to the vehicle."
